Ystad Sweden Jazz Festival

Ystad Sweden Jazz Festival started in 2010 and was an immediate success. With a wide selection of high-quality jazz concerts featuring jazz stars from all over the world, Ystad has become a major event on the international jazz map.

The festival also aims to provide a stage for young Swedish musicians, to encourage children and young people to become interested in jazz. Ever since the festival stated, its Artistic Director has been the pianist Jan Lundgren, one of the original founders.

Ystad Sweden Jazz Festival is a collaboration between the association Ystad Jazz and Musik i Syd.
